What sizes do you offer?
Prints come in 8×10 and 11×14 inches, both standard frame sizes. You can also order a digital PDF.
How much does it cost?
Custom maps: 8×10 $29.99, 11×14 $35.99, digital $15. Ready-made city maps: 8×10 $24.99, 11×14 $29.99, digital $12. All prices are in US dollars.
Are prints framed?
No — prints ship unframed, so you can pick a frame that fits your space. Both sizes fit standard store-bought frames.
What's the difference between ready-made and create your own?
Ready-made maps are pre-designed city prints you can order in any colorway. Create your own lets you pick any place, zoom to the exact spot, choose a style, add your own words, and place a pin or your own graphic.
Can I print the digital file bigger?
The PDF is 8×10 inches at 300dpi, which prints sharply at 8×10. You can print it larger, but very large sizes may look softer up close.
How long does shipping take?
Prints are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days, then usually arrive in 3–7 business days. Digital files are emailed within minutes. See our shipping policy.
How much is shipping?
Orders with a print ship for a flat $3.95, no matter how many maps are in your cart. Orders over $45 ship free. Digital-only orders are emailed, so there's never a shipping charge.
Do you ship outside the US?
Prints currently ship within the US only. Digital files can be sent to any email address.
Can I change my order after buying?
Email us right away. If we haven't started printing (usually within 24 hours), we'll do our best to update it.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it. See our refund policy.
Can I upload my own logo or image?
Yes, in Create Your Own. Please only upload images you own or have permission to use.
How do I check on my order?
Your confirmation email includes a private link to check your order status — no account needed.
Will the colors look the same as on screen?
Very close, but screens vary, so printed colors may look slightly different.
